Qualifications: B. Arch / Diploma in Arch / Diploma in Civil
Experience: 0 years
Occupational Vitals:
1. Strong Drawing Skills
2. Complete Knowledge of CADD, MS office
3. Knowledge of Google Sketchup and Ms-Project is an added advantage
4. Good Communication Skills
Laterals/ Experienced Person (Associate Architects / Senior Architects)
Qualifications: B. Arch
Experience: 1-5 years
Occupational Vitals:
1. Manage projects from inception to completion, providing design leadership and inspiring others to contribute to team performance.
2. Good Communication Skills
The role of the Senior Architect includes:
•Producing architectural designs or reviewing designs produced by others
•Presenting and selling the design concept to gain client acceptance
•Mentoring, leading and managing a team of junior architects
•Managing the cost, scope and risks associated with the project
•Ensuring that projects delivered are in line with the design intent
•Assisting in the preparation of bids and supporting marketing activity
•Building client relationships and helping to identify business opportunities
Laterals / Experienced Person (Associate Draftsperson/ Senior Draftsperson)
Qualifications: Diploma in Arch / Diploma in Civil
Experience: 2-5 years
Occupational Vitals:
1. Manage projects drawings from inception to completion, providing leadership and inspiring junior draftsperson to contribute to team performance.
2. Good Communication Skills
The role of the Senior Draftsperson includes:
•Producing architectural design drawings or reviewing drawings(GFCs) produced by junior draftsperson
•Mentoring, leading and managing a team of junior draftspersons.
•Ensuring that drawings delivered are in line with the design intent
•Assisting in the preparation of drawings
