Maximum 2% of amount of property on agreement time.
Nominal charges for housing loan, if you required.
Nominal charges for legal help (Properties inspection, Rent/ Sale Agreements, Registry), if you required.

The firm OM Group is running the business under the name & style as put the terms and conditions with firm and protect the interest of each other as under:-
1. The firm will provide own service to our applicant based on above details.
2. Any person can join the firm for taking our services after he/ she pays membership fees.
3. A membership fee is not refundable.
4. Applicant will be granted membership for 15days (RENT)/ 1 month (SALE/ PURCHASE) duration by the firm.
5. Member will have to fulfill norms of bank for taking House Loan. | |
